AFS 900 Strapping Machine

The AFS 900 Strapping Machine is one of the most advanced in its class. Based on the TRS600 design.

Incorporating features such as:

• Short Feed Sensor – sensor detects whether the strap is at sealing position. If not, the start switch will not activate.
• Auto Strap Re-feed – simply insert into the feeding rollers from the coil side of the machine and then push the ‘reset’ button. Machine will automatically feed itself without access to the inside of the machine.
• Electronic tension control – external adjustment of strap tension by the simple turn of a dial.
• Auto loop ejector – Loop eject clears unwanted strap automatically, if the machine is accidentally strapped without a package.

BP555 Tape Systems

BP555 Tape Systems. Gummed paper tape that is water activated, tamper evident and carton sealing which ensures pack integrity, providing security against pilferage, contamination and counterfeit products. It is even effective on dusty or partially filled cartons.

The water activated adhesives in gummed paper tape penetrate into the fibres of the carton, creating a total bond. As the tape has become an integral part of the carton this adds considerable strength to the closure as opposed to just a top surface bond of standard packaging tape adhesive.

The BP555 Tape Systems are suitable for plain and reinforced tape up to 70 mm wide. the colour coded keypad allows operators to select the correct tape length at a glance with fully programmable keys and automatic dispensing functions together with a unique range of accessories such as the AMD1 to create a highly efficient system.

R3000 Shrink Gun – RFA Optimax

R3000 Shrink Gun ‘cold nozzle gas gun’ high performance, durable gas shrink gun with ‘cold nozzle’ feature, eliminating the risk of burns. Light and easy to use with its double safety regulator protecting against internal overheating and large heating nozzle allows heat to be applied over a large area combined with a very short shrinking time.

Ripack 68 kilowatt Cold Nozzle® No risk of burns, no need for protection, the Ripack nozzle remains cool during and after operation.

Optimax TMS300 is a reliable semi automatic strapping machine. Simple to operate – feed the strapping around the package and the machine automatically tensions and heat seals the strap.

Accepts PP machine strapping from 6mm – 16mm wide on 200mm or 280mm cores. Designed to provide a quick and efficient method of strapping single or multiple packages of varying sizes.

The machine features external tension control, a safety cut-out switch when the top is opened and an enclosed cabinet design keeps that strapping clean and dust free.
