WP40 White Polyester Strapping is for heavy duty applications of up to 300kg. It has the benefit of no sharp edges so can be safely applied by hand and secured using buckles rather than seals.
A woven strengthened polyester strap which prevents splitting. It’s flexible and able to cope with substantial weighted loads. It also is weather and chemical resistant ensuring no damage to contents it’s tying together. Can be hand tied but normally used with lashing or standard buckles.
Corded polyester strapping is manufactured by gluing together polyester filaments giving it extra strength. Despite its strength and high breaking strains, this corded strapping remains six times lighter than steel strapping, making it a warehouse essential. Corded polyester strapping will not rust or rot nor mark or scratch product surfaces.
Use this strapping when securing heavy pallets, containers or for bundling industrial items. Corded strapping is very easy to use and tension thanks to our range of corded strapping tensioners and steel buckles. The steel buckles also allow the strapping to be re-tensioned, should the pallet load need altering. No special tools are required to cut corded polyester strapping, simply cut with scissors. Ribbon wound steel strapping from A&A Packaging is a popular method of strapping and securing heavy, sharp edged or irregular loads. The material itself is cold rolled steel. The description “Ribbon wound” refers to the method by which the strap is wound into a coil. The steel strap is wound so that each layer of strapping is wound directly over the one below. This means that the width of the coil, when measured, is the same exact width as. the strapping itself.
The advantage of buying steel strapping coils that are made this way is improved safety and storage, particularly when compared to “oscillated steel strap”. Each steel strapping coil is supplied in a tightly packed corrugated outer. This makes the strapping itself safe and easy to handle and carry.

• Short Feed Sensor – sensor detects whether the strap is at sealing position. If not, the start switch will not activate.

AFS Strap Feed with auto strap re-feed – simply insert strap into the feeding rollers from the coil side of the machine and then push the ‘reset’ button. The machine will then automatically feed itself without access to the inside of the machine.

Optimax TMS300 Semi-Automatic Strapping Machine
Optimax TMS300 is a reliable semi automatic strapping machine. Simple to operate – feed the strapping around the package and the machine automatically tensions and heat seals the strap.
Accepts PP machine strapping from 6mm – 16mm wide on 200mm or 280mm cores. Designed to provide a quick and efficient method of strapping single or multiple packages of varying sizes.
The machine features external tension control, a safety cut-out switch when the top is opened and an enclosed cabinet design keeps that strapping clean and dust free.

The advanced and pre-programmed adjustable tensioning force control panel allows tension and sealing time to be set precisely for soft, medium or high-tension settings.
Our friction weld tool works with PaperStrap and Polypropylene Strapping.
